Nutella and cocoa powder ice cream

5-ingredient Nutella ice cream. This decadent and rich ice cream is quick and simple to make. INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Nutella

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 cup milk, cold 1 cup heavy cream, cold

1 teaspoon vanilla paste (optional)


DIRECTIONS

1. In a large jug combined cocoa powder, Nutella, milk and vanilla bean paste (if you are using it). Whisk thoroughly until everything is well combined. Then stir in the heavy cream until well incorporated.

2. Pour mixture into the freezer bowl of the ice cream maker. Let run for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is thick, soft, and creamy. Churned ice cream should increase in volume, reaching the top of the machine’s freezer bowl. When the ice cream is ready, transfer to airtight container and freeze at least 1 hour or until desired consistency. 3. Before serving, let ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soft enough for easy scooping. Serve in small bowls or ice cream cones.
