Blackberry, coconut and Greek yogurt ice pops




These Greek yogurt ice pop are a refreshing frozen treat. They're good anytime. They're flavoured with blackberries, shredded coconut and honey, you have to try them! Makes 6 - 8 ice pops

Ingredients 2 cups Greek yogurt 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 cup blackberries, cut in halves ⠀⠀ Directions 1. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey and shredded coconut in a medium bowl. 2. Layer the yogurt mixture and blackberries into each of the moulds. Freeze until the pops are beginning to set (30 minutes to 45), then insert the sticks and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours. 3. Get the ice pops from the freezer and quickly dip them into a glass of warm water. Carefully remove the ice pops from the moulds. Serve them immediately.
