This is another version of Nutella Ice cream, but using bananas and Greek yogurt instead. It's rich, creamy and easy to make. Need I say more? Although the ice cream works really good using just two ingredients (Nutella & bananas) adding Greek yogurt brings a bit of sourness that complements the flavour well. INGREDIENTS 3 medium unripe bananas, chopped (feel free to use ripe bananas if you like your ice cream sweeter) 1/3 cup (80 ml) Nutella 1/4 cup (60 ml) Greek yogurt Topping (optional) 2 tablespoons Nutella 1/8 cup toasted hazelnut roughly chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. Put chopped bananas in a food processor and mix until pureed. Then, add Nutella and yogurt and continue mixing until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Spoon on top the remaining Nutella and toasted hazelnut, using a toothpick or knife swirl the topping into the ice cream mixture. Cover the bowl with cling film place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
